Material
Made of high-elastic resistance tubing with a thick central strap and foam-covered handles. The elastic tube provides stable pulling force and good resilience, while the middle strap distributes pressure evenly across the back or shoulders. The handles are wrapped in soft foam to offer a comfortable, non-slip grip during fast punching and long training sessions. How to Use
Place the middle strap across the upper back or around the shoulders, then hold a handle in each hand. Adjust the position so there is light tension when the arms are bent in a guard position. Perform straight punches, hooks and other boxing moves, keeping the core engaged and returning to guard after each punch. The band can also be used for single-arm extensions, shoulder presses and other upper-body resistance exercises. After training, slowly release the tension and remove the band from the back.
